I love quotes! They say things much better than I could. Like the first one says above, I believe you should take care of your body. It is YOUR responsibility. You can’t just show up at the doctor’s office and expect them to fix everything. Our society moves at a fast pace today and we like to have things immediately. It works well for faxes and emails but not health. You have to take care of yourself every day, not at the end of the month or the end of the year. It’s too late then.
And like following quote says, if you focus on getting sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise and diet, you’ll do fine. Sometimes improving or maintaining our health seems overwhelming. The truth is there are only a few things that really matter. If you focus on those 6 things you’ll be healthy, feel great, have more energy, and it never hurts to look hot in your jeans!
Health and weight loss are a journey. It’s never over until you die. So take it one step at a time. Do whatever YOU can do. Enjoy learning new things.
